She is the smartest girl of our class = അവൾ ഞങ്ങളുടെ ക്ലാസ്സിലെ ഏറ്റവും സമര്ത്ഥയായ പെൺകുട്ടിയാണ്
Smart -> Smartest. സാധാരണ ചെറിയ വാക്കുകൾക്ക് superlative രൂപം the + adjective + est ചേർത്ത് പറയുന്നു.
She is the most intelligent girl of our class = അവൾ ഞങ്ങളുടെ ക്ലാസ്സിലെ ഏറ്റവും ബുദ്ധിമതിയായ പെൺകുട്ടിയാണ്
Intelligent -> Most intelligent. സാധാരണ വലിയ വാക്കുകൾക്ക് superlative രൂപം 'the most' + adjective ചേർത്ത് പറയുന്നു.

ഏതൊക്കെ വാക്കുകളിൽ അവസാനത്തെ രണ്ടു അക്ഷരം സ്വരം (o) പിന്നെ അത് കഴിഞ്ഞു ഒരു വ്യഞ്ജനം ആണെങ്കിൽ (t), superlative രൂപത്തിൽ അവസാനത്തെ വ്യഞ്ജനം രണ്ടു തവണ വരുന്നു hottest. അവസാനത്തെ വ്യഞ്ജനത്തിന്റെ മുൻപിൽ രണ്ടു സ്വരം ആണെങ്കിൽ (steep) വ്യഞ്ജനം രണ്ടു തവണ വരില്ല (steepest).
