Rajasthan is hottest state in India = రాజస్థాన్ బారతదేశంలో అత్యంత వేడి రాష్టం.
'Superlative degree,' ఒక విశేషణం యొక్క 'superlative' రూపం అవుతుంది.
ఇక్కడ 'hottest', 'hot' యొక్క 'superlative' రూపం .
'Superlative degree' అంటే, విశిష్టతలో చాలా (అన్నిటికన్నా) ఉత్తమం అని అర్ధం.

Rule: the + adjective + est

ఏ విశేషణం యొక్క రూపం 'superlative' రూపముగా మారుతుందో దానికి చివరన '-est' జోడించాలి.
